Q3 journey review packs

For: the review team. The one takeaway: all ten packs have now been through the seventeen-perspective council pass; no journey needs material revision, every verdict is a form of approve-with-conditions, and the conditions are named rulings and deliveries in the decisions log, not rework. How to read: start with the executive recommendation, then your journey's pack and its council assessment below; everything that needs Sheran lives in the decisions log.

Journey numbering and stage per ROSTER.md (the canonical numbering). Council verdicts per each journey's council assessment (agent-drafted DRAFT, 20 Jul 2026; nothing is signed until Sheran rules it). Every verdict is a form of approve-with-conditions; the conditions are named rulings and deliveries in the decisions log.

The joined-up picture

Start hereExecutive recommendation: the capstone. The overall verdict, the ten-journey approval table, the Band-1 ruling stack, opportunities, risks and the dated runway.

Decisions & Approvals Log (v2, post-council): every open decision across the ten packs, in four bands: 97 open of 125 carried, the 16 Band-1 rulings first. Everything that needs Sheran lives here.

Approvals by journey: the log re-cut per journey: what stands between each of the ten journeys and its approval, one screen each, with the five rule-once cross-journey rulings, named decision-makers and dates, and the four-session ruling calendar.

Portfolio strategic assessment: the ten journeys as one lifecycle engine: the thesis, the connected experience and its six remaining gaps, shared capabilities and build order, risk concentrations, coherence rules and sequencing. Supersedes the pre-council cross-journey review.

Evidence validation plan: every open validation as one commission across six owner groups, with the three highest-leverage items first and needed-by dates.

📮 How to feed back (the pack IS the review): read your journey's pack, then put everything in the feedback form: as many points as you like, and submit again any time more occurs to you. Every point gets an answer. Sign-off comes after the changes round, recorded per team.
